Jewish Graduate Life at Harvard Hillel

Harvard Hillel aims to build a strong community for graduate students at Harvard and beyond. We provide support to the existing Jewish Student Associations at Harvard's eleven graduate and professional schools, and we serve as a unifying body - planning and implementing programming for the Jewish graduate community at Harvard. We strive to integrate graduate students into a multigenerational Hillel community, engaging one another in opportunities for education, social collaboration, and individual growth. Join us! To receive weekly updates about graduate events, sign up for the mailing list at http://lists.hcs.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/hillel-grad-friends.

About the Grad Program

As you embark on the adventure that is graduate school, we hope you’ll find a place here at Hillel to get involved, meet friends, enrich your experience at Harvard, and make your mark on our Jewish community. Harvard Hillel provides a base, both physically and spiritually, for Jewish life at Harvard. Our aim is to build community for graduate students – at each graduate and professional school on campus, at Harvard in general, and throughout the greater Boston area. Our community is strengthened by its diversity. We have students from all over the world, from all walks of life, with a wide variety of backgrounds and interests. Some are here straight from college, and others have come back to school after many years. Some have been active in Jewish communities for many years, while others are newly discovering their religious and cultural roots. Whatever your experience, we are here to serve as a resource and to be your connection to Jewish life on campus and beyond. Our community is continually growing and changing, and we welcome your ideas. We look forward to your participation, and we hope to see you soon!
