Join us for dinner Saturday through Thursday at Harvard Hillel! Undergraduate students on the meal plan can swipe in; graduate students and community members are welcome to purchase meals. On Wednesdays, graduate students can enjoy Cheap Eats—a full dinner for just $5. Come for the food, stay for the community.

Jewish Learning Fellowship

The Fellowship is open to any Freshman who wants to learn in a welcoming community. No previous Jewish learning or religious practice is expected, and students of all political perspectives are welcome.

Come with your questions. Learn with others. Build lasting friendships and a sense of belonging in a Jewish space.

Reform Erev Rosh HaShanah Services

Harvard Hillel’s Reform Minyan welcomes Rosh HaShanah 5787 with evening services in Memorial Church, in the middle of Harvard Yard. Services begin at 6:00 pm and conclude by 7:30 pm.

Current Harvard students are admitted to all services free of charge. Everyone else is asked to register in advance, and nobody is turned away for financial reasons.

SHEM Erev Rosh HaShanah Services

SHEM (the Student Harvard Egalitarian Minyan) opens Rosh HaShanah 5787 with evening services in Smith Hall at Harvard Hillel. Services begin at 6:15 pm.

Current Harvard students are admitted to all services free of charge. Everyone else is asked to register in advance, and nobody is turned away for financial reasons.

The Orthodox Minyan begins Rosh HaShanah 5787 with evening services in Beren Hall at Harvard Hillel, starting at 6:20 pm.
