Assistant Director
Jaime Drucker

Though she has called New Jersey, North Carolina and Colorado her home, Boston winters prove that Jaime is a Florida girl at heart. Jaime came to Harvard Hillel in 2016 as a graduate student seeking Jewish community. After being intellectually, spiritually and physically fed by the community, she is honored by the opportunity to give back in her roles as the Student Activities Director and Reform Community Advisor. As a master’s student at the Divinity School, she is deeply immersed in questions of religion, meaning, identity, and justice with a particular interest in how to grapple with these questions in both religious and non-religious educational settings. Before coming to Harvard, Jaime was a middle school Spanish teacher with Teach for America in rural North Carolina. In addition to her work as an educator, Jaime has served as an interfaith chaplain in both hospice and jails. Jaime can often be found beaming with love, grateful to participate in the beautiful religious pluralism made possible at Harvard Hillel.
