We’re excited to host the final of our three-part Shabbat Dinner & Symposium Series on Friday, April 24th. This will be the culmination of our intimate evenings that bring together conversation, community, and excellent food. Around a Shabbat table, we’re centering a big question that feels both urgent and enduring: Pessimism & Hope — How Do We Sustain Meaning? With Professor Rebecca Goldstein. The conversation will revolve around meaning, resilience, and the human need to matter in fractured times.
The dinners are open to students and faculty, and have combined the warmth of a shared meal with the curiosity of a seminar and the depth of Jewish text study. Participants from the first two have left the evening feeling part of a vibrant Jewish community that is intellectually alive and spiritually grounded.
Open to undergraduate students, grad students, and faculty. Register today to secure your spot.
