On Tuesday, February 17, please join us for “Inside Israeli Society: A Druze Perspective on Identity, Service, and Civic Life.”
We will be joined by Mahran Yosef, the Israel Fellow at Harvard Hillel. Mahran is a 26-year-old Druze from Northern Israel, an alumnus of an elite IDF intelligence unit, and a biology graduate of Tel Aviv University. He will be sharing his personal perspectives on minority identity, integration, and everyday civic life in Israel.

This fellowship invites students to engage with Israel through voices, stories, and questions that do not fit neatly into slogans or soundbites. It is a space for thoughtful exploration, curiosity, and honest conversation rather than debate.
